Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Agent who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team in Berlin. In this onsite role you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting marketing efforts within the web services industry. You will need to have proven experience in sales or marketing to succeed in this role. As a key member of the team your role will involve generating leads nurturing client relationships and helping to promote our web services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Generate leads manage client relationships and identify business opportunities to drive revenue growth for our web services.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns materials and strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone email and meetings to discuss their needs present our services and offer solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate on our web services and be able to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends competitors and industry changes to assist in refining sales and marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales and marketing performance making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch: Native or nearnative proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch.
- B2 English Proficiency: A strong command of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Sales or Marketing Experience: At least 12 years of experience in a sales or marketing role preferably within the web services or tech industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Local Candidate Priority: We are prioritizing candidates who are already based in Berlin or in close proximity.
