Job Overview:
We are looking for a Remote PolishSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens Greece. This position is remote allowing you to work from home within Athens. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and have B2level English proficiency. Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not essentialtraining will be provided. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and is eager to grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide highquality customer service to Polishspeaking clients via phone email and chat ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently always prioritizing a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Keep uptodate with the companys web services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Order Management: Help customers with placing updating and tracking orders and assist with any web servicerelated queries.
- Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support to help customers navigate our platforms (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to solve complex customer issues and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights to enhance services and products.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish: Native or nearnative proficiency in both spoken and written Polish.
- B2 English Proficiency: A solid command of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement. We are ready to train the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to quickly understand and resolve customer issues.
- SelfMotivation: As a remote role the candidate must be selfdisciplined and comfortable working independently.

- Refugee Certificate from Ukraine (issued later than March 2022)

Note: Only candidates who are eligible to work in Greece will be considered. Student visas are not accepted for this position.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 20:00 (flexible shifts within this time frame)
Relocation:
No relocation support will be provided. International candidates should be willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense.
