Job Description:
We are looking for a German Content Moderator to join our team in Greece. This is an onsite position and you will play a key role in ensuring that usergenerated content meets community guidelines and legal requirements. If you are fluent in German have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and quality of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Review evaluate and moderate usergenerated content to ensure it adheres to company policies and legal standards.
- Quality Control: Assess content for accuracy appropriateness and compliance with community guidelines.
- Flagging Inappropriate Content: Identify and remove harmful offensive or inappropriate content across various platforms (text images videos).
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on content trends issues and escalations to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure content meets company standards.
- Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensure all content moderation is logged and tracked accurately within internal systems.
- Problem Solving: Address escalated issues and work with management to improve content moderation processes.
Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- German (C2 level) Native or nearnative fluency required for content review and communication with the team.
- English (B2 or higher) Good working knowledge required for internal communication and collaboration.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify sensitive and inappropriate content quickly and accurately.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing content trends and identifying potential risks.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- ProblemSolving Ability: Ability to remain calm and objective when dealing with sensitive content.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
