About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in booking travel arrangements including flights accommodations and tours
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on individual preferences
- Respond to inquiries via phone email or chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve booking issues and address any travelrelated concerns
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends offers and regulations
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
