GermanSpeaking Content Moderator youll be at the forefront of creating a safe and engaging online environment contributing to a meaningful mission in a vibrant work culture.
As a Content Moderator youll be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently across different shifts within a 24/7 operating environment.

Tasks
- Content Moderation: Review analyze and moderate usergenerated content to ensure adherence to platform policies.
- Compliance Enforcement: Identify and escalate noncompliant content and behaviors when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve complex cases.
Working Schedule
- Shifts: Flexible 24/7 operations:
- Morning Shift (A): 7:0015:00
- Morning Shift (B): 8:0016:00
- Evening Shift (C): 15:0023:00
- Night Shift (D): 23:007:00
- Unlimited contract for longterm career opportunities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B1 level) for training and communication purposes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working within a 24/7 schedule including night shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills to assess content quickly and accurately.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with digital platforms and tools as all training and moderation tools are in English.

- 1200 gross per month (base salary 950 250 language allowance).
- Retention Bonus: 300 gross every three months based on performance (for 24/7 shifts).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly based on performance KPIs starting after the first three months.
