Job Overview:
We are looking for a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens Greece. This is a remote role so you will be working from home within Athens. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have B2level English proficiency. While prior experience in customer support is an advantage it is not a requirement as we provide training to the right candidates. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide topnotch customer service to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the companys web services to offer accurate guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing updating and tracking orders and support them with all web servicerelated inquiries.
- Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support to customers helping them navigate our digital platforms (training will be provided).
- Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve the customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance services and products.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French: Native or nearnative proficiency in both spoken and written French.
- B2 English Proficiency: Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement. We are open to training the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- SelfMotivation: The ability to work independently in a remote setting staying focused and organized.

Note: Only candidates who are eligible to work in Greece will be considered. Student visas are not accepted for this position.
Relocation:
No relocation support will be provided. International candidates should be willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense.
