Job Overview:
We are seeking a DutchSpeaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team onsite in Lisbon. This role involves providing excellent customer support to Dutchspeaking clients. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries assisting with web services and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Deliver highquality customer service to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting support.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing updating and tracking orders.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to help customers use digital services (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and share feedback to help improve the companys services and products.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Days Off: Weekends
Relocation:
- Lisbon Only:
- Airfare Reimbursement: After 6 months of employment reimbursement of airfare up to 400 in economy class.
- Accommodation:
- Room in Shared Apartment for up to 12 months with rent of 280 including all utility bills (deducted directly from the payslip).
- Note: The accommodation benefit is for those relocating from outside of Portugal.
Salary Conditions:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day.
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month.
- Health Insurance:
- Provided from Day 1 (employee needs to pay a monthly amount).
- Free health insurance after 6 months of employment.
- Position Bonus for Braga: 20 per 12 months.
