What Youll Do:
- Enable the creation of more innovative products for food preparation preservation and cleaning.
- Giving customer a friendly reception according to quality guidelines.
- Providing consumer with most appropriate information and correct solution
- Adding sales whenever possible suiting the customer needs.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
