Job Description
Location: Spain (Remote/Onsite)
Job Description: We are seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Representative who speaks English and one or more of the following languages: Danish German or Dutch. In this role you will be responsible for assisting our customers with inquiries resolving issues and providing topnotch service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in English and the required language.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Danish German or Dutch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
