At Loyal Guru were looking for a Support & Training Customer Success professional to help us keep transforming our clients experiences and take their loyalty programs to the next level.
Are you excited about working directly with customers providing topnotch support and empowering them to get the most out of our platform If so this is the place for you!
Provide exceptional support: Youll manage tickets via JIRA ensuring effective problem resolution.
Be the first point of contact: Youll handle inquiries and requests through our Help Center helping clients achieve their goals.
Create value with data: Youll prepare customized reports and analyses to boost the performance of our clients loyalty programs.
Support our CSMs: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to manage client budgets campaigns and ROI.
Train clients: Design and deliver training sessions on our platforms modules ensuring clients feel empowered.
Be the voice of the customer: Collect feedback to provide valuable insights for product development.
Experience: Ideally 12 years in Customer Success Customer Support or Training roles preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
Languages: Proficiency in English (essential) and Spanish.
Analytical skills: Advanced Excel skills are a must and experience with other analytical tools is a plus!
Education: A degree in Business Administration Economics or related fields.
Attention to detail: You have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Customerfocused: Excellent communication skills and a problemsolving attitude to meet client needs.
