Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 21:30 (Rotational Shifts)
- Saturday: 09:00 20:00 (Rotational Shifts)
- Sunday: 10:00 19:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days with Sunday guaranteed as one of the days.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 830/month (paid over 14 months)
- Meal Allowance (Net): 7.23/day (1908.72 annually)
- Transport Allowance: 20/month (240 annually)
- Braga Bonus: 20 gross/month (240 annually)
- Performance Bonus: 170/month (2040 annually)
- Annual Gross Total: 14008.72
- Health Insurance: Coverage from day 1 (free after 6 months of employment).

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through inbound calls offering tailored solutions with enthusiasm.
- Provide indepth information about products and services and proactively close sales during interactions.
- Assist with deliveryrelated concerns such as tracking orders resolving issues and verifying stock availability.
- Troubleshoot account management and softwarerelated challenges.
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to all customer queries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
