We are looking for a Consultant & Trainer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects promoting adherence capacity building and engagement of all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the clients and organizations objectives.
- Conduct organizational impact analyses and identify potential barriers to change.
- Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders in transformation processes.
- Create customized educational materials such as guides presentations and manuals to support team training.
- Plan and deliver inperson and online training sessions ensuring alignment with employee needs.
- Organize and conduct participatory workshops to foster collaboration and understanding of changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Promote best practices in change management and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management training or similar roles
- Advanced use of MS Office applications (PowerPoint Word and Excel)
- CCP Certificate of Pedagogical Competence/former CAP (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions
- Proficiency in creating educational content using tools like PowerPoint Canva among others
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools will be valued
