As a Live In Care Professional you will live in a clients home and provide a variety of nonmedical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide livein care primarily working independently while respecting the clients privacy and adhering to their household rules.
- Improve the clients quality of life by offering companionship and participating in enjoyable meaningful activities offer companionship assist with daily routines manage appointments and support social events and outings.
- Record daily activities and report any changes or concerns regarding the clients wellbeing or living environment.
- Seek help when necessary to ensure the clients safety and overall health.
- Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor and office team.
- Personal Care Services Help with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming medication reminders and provide support for dementia or respite care.
Qualifications :
As a Live In Care Professional you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive training and support.
