We are seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager to lead our modern purposebuilt residential care home in Lawley. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and professional manager to oversee a vibrant highquality environment that prioritises both resident wellbeing and staff satisfaction.

Our 66bed home features luxurious amenities including a tea room hair and nail salon landscaped gardens and separate dining and lounge areas. We provide specialist care for residents requiring dementia and complex care ensuring individual needs and preferences are always at the forefront.

The successful candidate will assume full accountability for the operational performance of the Home and be expected to develop and maintain excellent working partnerships with the local authority outside agencies and within the local community with a view to consistently achieving excellent occupancy levels as a result.
Applicants must be experienced Home Managers with a relevant management qualification (or willing to work towards) and significant proven experience of successfully running nursing homes.
Furthermore applicants should ideally have previous experience of managing within dementia care settings whilst at the same time being commercially aware proactive individuals with excellent administration skills. A proven ability to recruit lead and effectively manage competent and motivated staff teams is also an essential requirement of this role.
A highly competitive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate to include an annual salary of up to £75K p.a. (depending on experience) performancebased incentives a wide range of additional benefits and excellent career prospects with a rapidly expanding forwardthinking carefocused operator.
