Job Description
- Handle clinical communication with internal/external stakeholders.
- Investigate and analyze client clinical-related inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
- Provide ideas and recommendations to enhance the business, customer experience and/or specific clinical treatments.
- Be responsible for clinically supporting the sales department.
- Establish and monitors treatment quality checks.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Manufacturing, Customer support, Marketing …. Etc.
- Provide input to R&D to enhance current products and help develop new ones.
