What does the role entail
As the India and Global Marketing Lead you will be the cornerstone of our marketing strategy responsible for:
- Defining and Owning the Brand Narrative:
Craft and drive a strong global brand narrative that resonates across markets building a differentiated identity for Bosch MPS. - Championing ProductLed Growth (PLG):
Align marketing strategies with PLG frameworks to accelerate user acquisition activation and retention in B2B Mobility environment. - Strategic Pricing and Market Positioning:
Develop pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics while ensuring value alignment for our products and platforms. - Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Lead the planning and execution of holistic campaigns combining digital content and event strategies to create a seamless customer journey. - Martech and Digital Ecosystem Leadership:
Drive the implementation of a robust Martech stack ensuring datadriven marketing excellence. Oversee the design and optimization of websites for intuitive user experiences. - Content and Thought Leadership:
Elevate Bosch MPSs market presence by creating highimpact content strategies contributing to industry discussions and building domain authority. - GTM Strategy and Product Launches:
Partner with product sales and regional teams to define and execute GotoMarket plans for global and regional rollouts. - Partner Enablement and Loyalty Programs:
Enhance the partner ecosystem with comarketing initiatives and loyalty strategies that drive shared growth and value. - DataDriven Decision Making:
Leverage analytics and insights to measure impact optimize marketing spends and refine strategies for global scalability. - Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Build and mentor a highperforming marketing team while fostering crossfunctional and crossgeography collaboration to achieve organizational goals. - Market Research and Consumer Insights:
Conduct indepth market research to identify trends competitive insights and consumer needs translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
1. MBA in Marketing Business Administration or a related field from a reputed institute.
2. At least 10 years of leadership experience in B2B marketing including exposure to global and regional markets.
