Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working overnight from 11pm to 7am with the availability to work shifts across the 7 days including weekends and public holidays
- Conduct daily balancing and reconciliation across the night audit process
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly efficiently and courteously during checkin checkout and for the duration of our guests stay
- Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation
- Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required
- Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests
Qualifications :
- Exceptional customer service experience preferably within a hotel Front Office department
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining highlevel awareness of your surroundings
- A naturally confident personality with the ability to approach people and initiate conversation
- Competent computer skills (experience in Opera is desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
