Let me introduce my client background to you. This company is a newly established manufacturing company located in Senai. They specialize in producing cables for highreliability connectors. As a key player in the global supply chain the company serves various industries including automotive medical healthcare marine telecommunications logistics railway and others. With a strong international presence they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- 13 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance job responsibilities or IT and automation job responsibilities.
- Resultoriented with the proven ability to drive people to achieve and exceed production KPI.
- Good in peoples communication production quality controls and engineering analysis skills.
- Key responsibilities for Maintenance Executive:
- a) Installs repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- b) Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- c) Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
- d) Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
- e) Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
- f) Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
- g) Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- h) Prepares maintenance reports by collecting analysing and summarizing information and trends.
- i) Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations.
- j) Enforcing EnvironmentSafetyand Health (ESH) company industry and government regulations.
- k) For those specialize in IT and automation role and responsibilities to manage the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.
- Job title and salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.
- Those recruit as the pioneer team will need go to China HQ for few weeks of industrial training.
Qualifications & Experience for Maintenance Executive (Equipment Tooling IT and Automation):
- Proficiency in the Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Basic language in Malay and English.
- High School Certificate Diploma or Degree in engineering or the related field.
- Those without Degree and low work experience in industrial maintenance may consider as technician.
