Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with leading employers across the region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative programs tailored to workforce needs.
- Student Empowerment Initiatives:
- Lead training initiatives focused on careerreadiness skills such as resume writing business communication and interview preparation.
- Ensure alignment between academic programs and industry requirements.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Manage a geographically dispersed team and oversee their contributions to the programs success.
- Drive team performance by fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Market Analysis and Program Optimization:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to continuously refine program offerings.
