Responsible and accountable for guaranteeing a highly effective quality and promoting a culture of quality within Tamimi contracts and its workforce.
Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good, automated manufacturing practice (GMP) systems, validating processes, providing documentation, and managing staff through strict audit and inspection programs.
Possesses good leadership skills, combined with strong analytical skills. He/she analyses data and recommends changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem. It is also key that he/she can identify safety-quality issues, and develop and monitor continuous improvement programs, aiming to reduce the number of defects and improve levels of quality in a consistent manner. Oversees and assures quality and Food Safety processes are continuously reviewed and revised where required.
