Job Description
- Understand and manage all components of the S.A.Y Culture program on the Project.
- Run all Assurance components of the Culture program.
- Deliver training to project management levels (PM, CM, SI levels)
- Analyse performance and effectiveness of the Project Culture level.
- Gain commitment from Client, SECL & Subcontractor PM’s regarding implementation of the Culture improvement recommendations.
- Facilitation of the S.A.Y Leadership Team.
