Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Corporate Manager to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a strong compliance or legal background and will be responsible for various corporate and bankingrelated activities.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Management: Provide support and assistance in managing corporate activities ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Banking Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate banking operations including communication with banks for efficient account management.
- Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Assistance: Assist in identifying and documenting the ultimate beneficial owners of corporate entities.
- Company Formation: Oversee the process of opening new companies ensuring all legal requirements and documentation are met.
- Bank Account Opening: Manage the opening of new bank accounts for corporate clients ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate management compliance or legal roles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
