What Youll Do
As an Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing the companys affiliate marketing strategy ensuring optimal outcomes for affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an affiliate contact management strategy to recruit new affiliates through research referrals and other channels.
- Establish develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing affiliates/partners.
- Oversee daily management of affiliates including conducting indepth data analysis and optimization.
- Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent potential fraud.
- Manage partner needs including deal negotiations reporting tracking offer setup and general client support.
- Conduct and report on market research and competition analysis.
- Stay informed on industry trends to expand client programs and introduce new affiliate opportunities.
- Provide feedback to optimize the companys hosted offer landing pages and creative materials.
- Measure and report on performance metrics against set goals.
- Represent the company at international conferences when required.
List of Requirements:
- Background in Business Administration Marketing Business Management HR Customer Support or a relevant field.
- Work experience in Online Affiliate Marketing is an advantage.
- Understanding of A/B testing concepts for optimizing results.
- Strong numerical analysis skills to interpret and derive insights from statistical data.
- Excellent time management prioritization negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Accuracy in handling data and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel functions and MS Office.
