Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and regularly follow up on sales and profit KPIs and act accordingly to maximize results
- Together with the Team management prioritize actions that have a clear impact on sales
- Give feedback to the Area team to ensure a good level and the right amount of clothing to support sales
- Ensure that the execution of the store continuously meets H&M standards and follow them using the customer Audit tool
- Actively work with talent and leadership development in the store in order to support business needs
- Ensure regular and clear communication to the store team about the companys performance corporate culture and values and goals globally and locally
- Strengthen our corporate culture by promoting feedback in our daily work

What you need to succeed:
- Strong communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate team members to offer a great customer experience
- Team player enjoy teamwork and cross collaboration
- Openminded flexible and adaptable to changes
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills
- Delegate follow up and provide feedback to support the development of the team.
- Previous experience of leading and managing teams
- Good knowledge of English language
- Motivation to develop & contribute to the business growth
