Location: Remote (Applicants must reside between Coimbra and Algarve)
Language Requirement: Native or C2 level Hungarian
Contract Type: Permanent (3month probation period)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00 (Rotating Shifts)
- Two rotating days off per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and chat channels promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hungarian (native or C2 level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
