Job Description
- Maintain CCNP or higherlevel certifications; CCIE certification is a plus.
- Deploy Cisco enterprise solutions including:
- Routing/Switching (Catalyst and Nexus platforms).
- Security (Cisco ASA Firepower ISE).
- Collaboration solutions (CUCM Webex Voice Gateways).
- Data Center solutions (ACI UCS HyperFlex).

- Provide strong troubleshooting and escalation support postimplementation.
- Integrate Cisco technologies into client environments seamlessly.
- Conduct system testing performance tuning and ongoing support.
- Offer postsales support and knowledge transfer to enduser IT teams.
- Create detailed documentation including operational manuals and network handover reports.
