A Logistics Analyst is responsible for overseeing the inbound logistics operations including managing teams coordinating transportation and ensuring efficient receipt and storage of goods. The job description typically includes Implements and continuously improves all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of inbound logistics Data Entry operators and warehouse 3PL staff.
2. Coordinate and manage inbound shipments including scheduling tracking and delivery.
3. Ensure accurate and timely receipt inspection and storage of goods.
4. Develop and implement processes to improve inbound logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Collaborate with suppliers carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service.
6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
9. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for inbound logistics operations.
10. Identify and mitigate risks in the inbound supply chain
Degree Requirement
Engineering Degree and equivalent experience desired

Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience in inbound logistics or a related field.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in logistics software and technology such as TMS WMS and ERP systems.
6. Strong understanding of logistics principles including transportation warehousing and inventory management
Warehouse Management: Knowledge of the policies processes and systems of warehouse management; ability to effectively manage one or more warehouses or distribution centers
Level Working Knowledge:
Full Time
