A leading SaaS company specializing in retail technology is seeking a resultsoriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales in the U.S. market. This role focuses on engaging midmarket and midenterprise clients particularly logistics managers planners and finance leaders. The ideal candidate is a proven “hunter” with a strong background in retail technology SaaS solutions and a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
The Senior Account Executive will lead the endtoend sales process from prospecting to closing ensuring effective positioning of the company’s innovative solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves fostering longterm relationships with decisionmakers and driving market expansion within the retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle focusing on direct sales to midmarket and midenterprise clients in the U.S. retail sector.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers including logistics managers planners and CFOs to effectively address their business challenges.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and market penetration.
- Product Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor showcasing the benefits of SaaS solutions in addressing challenges in logistics and financial planning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Travel: Travel as necessary to meet clients attend industry events and expand the company’s presence in the U.S. retail market.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in direct sales with a strong track record in retail technology and SaaS.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of selling to logistics managers planners and finance leaders with insight into their unique pain points.
