Job description

As a Senior Account Executive you will join the Pelico Sales team. Your role will be to open new accounts and drive growth for our company. Your contacts will be Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Manager Buisness unit leader VP operations MRO leader Customer service leader...) and you will work closely with our SDR Presales Marketing Product and Customer Operations teams.

What youll do & learn

  • Contribute to the growth and lead generation strategy
  • Set up and manage account plans
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
  • Build real relationships with senior executives and decisionmakers (CLevel)
  • Ensure product presentations with our presales team
  • Negotiate and close new deals with a focus on revenue growth
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales Implementation and application of a business development strategy

Requirements

  • Masters degree obtained
  • You know how to manage large and complex sales cycles with Clevel in large accounts
  • Experience in a discrete manufacturing industry

About You

  • Enthusiastic about scaleups and growthoriented environments.
  • 7 years of proven experience as an Account Executive in SaaS/B2B.
  • Successful track record in securing new business opportunities.
  • Resultsdriven skilled in managing complex sales cycles independently from prospecting to closing.
  • Efficient rigorous and recognized as a reliable partner by clients and colleagues.
  • Open to feedback both giving and receiving with a constructive approach.
  • Autonomous solutionoriented and proactive.
  • Determined persistent and an excellent listener.
  • Eager to join an ambitious fastgrowing company with strong resources.
  • Thrives in dynamic fastpaced environments.
