- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and develop training materials presentations and resources for various employee development programs.
- Support the logistics and coordination of training sessions including scheduling room setup and participant communication.
- Help create engaging multimedia content including videos elearning modules and interactive activities to enhance the effectiveness of training materials.
- Assist in the administration of the LMS including course enrollment tracking training completion and generating reports.
- Collect feedback from participants and assist in analyzing training evaluation data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent development and organizational learning as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be an academic required internship can render atleast 240 hours.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Legal Management Human Resources Organizational Psychology Education or other related field.
- Able to commit going on site 23 times a week hybrid internship.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite Canva and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- A passion for learning and professional development with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
