Job Description
- Acting on behalf of the client on a largescale manufacturing facility
- Adopt client ways of working and systems and cover all functions; schedule cost risk procurement and reporting.
- Engagement with clients global team will be required
- Responsible for the direction and delivery of project planning outcomes within schedule cost quality and safety
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a project master plan and schedule to meet the project objectives
- Ensure adherence to best practice project management principles and managing the project delivery services
- Managing the overall project controls planning & scheduling cost management estimating risk management for the project
- Monitoring of project scope and deliverables including application of change management processes
- Managing the development monitoring and controlling of the project schedule.
- Formulating and controlling of the project budget
- To develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project
Qualifications :
- Degree in any engineering disciplines / project management / construction or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years experience in relevant field in the pharmaceutical semiconductor or manufacturing industry working on greenfield brownfield and upgrading works
- Relevant EPCM/EPC experience across the project services space within planning/scheduling/project controls/reporting
- Takes ownership of deliverables with the ability to work independently or as part of a wider group
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- High proficient at industry software such as Primavera P6 Power BI etc.
- Experience in risk management and cost and schedule probabilistic risk analysis an advantage
- Strong at building relationships and managing projects
