Job Description
The role is to serve as the operations lead of the cost and commercial management section of the PMO which manages the portfolio for the bank projects across the globe.The role is to serve as the operations lead of the cost and commercial management section of the PMO which manages the portfolio for the bank projects across the globe.
Main Purpose:
Leading the cost and commercial management operations within the overall framework of the integrator programme management office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and tracking corporate plan budgets
- Managing the QS and PM deliverables related to the cost management
- Strategy estimates and assistance to the programme leads in the PED preparation
- Coordination with finance team for various reporting
- Stakeholder management related to PMO cost management deliverables
- Commercial assurance of the projects through various stage gates
- Planning and implementation of various strategies and reporting
- Implementation of digitization Hive club etc.
