We are seeking a skilled Content Creator & Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Content Creator you will develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brands voice and message. As a Customer Relationship Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (60%)
1. Develop content strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with each brands goals and objectives.
2. Create engaging content: Develop highquality engaging content (blog posts social media posts videos etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
3. Manage content calendar: Plan schedule and publish content across various channels ensuring consistency and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work with designers photographers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
Customer Relationship Management (40%)
1. Build customer relationships: Foster strong personalized relationships with our customers ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
2. Respond to customer inquiries: Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely professional and courteous manner.
3. Provide customer support: Offer support and guidance to customers helping them navigate our products/services and resolve any issues.
4. Gather customer feedback: Collect feedback from customers analyzing and reporting insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in content creation customer relationship management or a related field.
3. Content creation skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite WordPress) with excellent writing editing and visual storytelling skills.
4. Customer relationship management skills: Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills with experience in customer relationship management software (e.g. CRM systems).
5. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data track metrics and make datadriven decisions.
