Location: Basant Park Chembur
Budget: Upto 30% hike (Max 62.5k p.m.)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: min. 2 yrs. experience
Age: Max 35 years
Shift: 10:00AM to 7:00pm (6 days working / Weekends working / 1
off during weekdays / Must be open stretch during weekends as per business requirements)
Preferred industries: Hospitality Aviation Real Estate.
Role and Responsibilities:
Handling walkin guests.
Handling reservation of meeting rooms telephone operations cashiering Incoming and Outgoing Couriers.
Supervising Housekeeping and checking on stock updates in the office.
Coordinating with all over the network for processing invoices.
Managing security and telecommunications systems.
Taking care of DaytoDay Admin activities of Organization like Couriers (Inwards & Outwards).
Arrange internal and external transportations for all office Staff.
Maintaining a record of Internet & Parking
Managing Excel of Employment seating arrangement.
Keeping a record of Petty Cash.
Handling queries and complaints via phone email and general correspondence
Transferring calls as necessary.
Preparing vouchers
Recording and maintaining office expenses
Coordinating internal and external events
Managing office inventory such as Stationery First Aid etc.
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
Perform dataentry documentation printing and filling duties.
