Job Description:
We are seeking an SAP Learning Hub Specialist to manage and optimize our SAP Learning Hub platform ensuring our teams have access to the most effective learning tools and content. This role
requires a strong blend of technical knowledge of SAP experience in content publishing data analysis skills and proficiency in learning and development coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Learning Hub Expertise
- Proficiency in monitoring analyzing and reporting on SAP Learning Hub usage data.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SAP Learning Hub functionality to support continuous learning.
- Content Publishing and Management
- Experience in managing and streamlining the publishing process for learning content on digital platforms.
- Familiarity with content versioning updates and ensuring timely publication in line with organizational goals.
- SAP Ecosystem Knowledge
- Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and the role of training content in supporting SAP project teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SAP Functional teams to ensure training materials align with ongoing projects.
- Learning and Development (L&D) Coordination
- Experience coordinating between multiple teams involved in learning and development initiatives
- including both content creation and distribution.
- Presentation and Communication Design
- Proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing narratives using Keynote Pages or similar tools for
- leadershiplevel presentations.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex data into easytounderstand visual reports.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ability to generate interpret and present datadriven reports related to learning platform usage providing actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Learning Hub administration and L&D content management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and a background in supporting SAP project teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation design skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive insights from platform usage.
