Job Description
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Vendors to receive good support best in price and service.
- Evaluate and improve relationships with Vendors to optimize price and quality service.
- When receiving Inquiry coordinate closely with Sales department to check and negotiate price from Vendor guaranteed to get the best price.
- Prepare reports evaluating the value provided from Vendor to support business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze the market situation competitors and suppliers for inclusion. Make accurate predictions about price trends.
- Update market information and analysis reports for the board of directors periodically.
- Cooperate with relevant departments to quickly and effectively handle emerging issues arising related to shipments improving overall work efficiency.
- Ensure to provide quick and competitive prices to the Sales department and support team in implementing effective sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the Pricing team orient and develop capacity for members member in the department.
- Set up working processes monitor work efficiency and report results work for the board of directors.
- Recommend necessary improvements in work processes to optimize department efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduated from University or higher major in Foreign/Foreign Economics is preferred
- Trade/Logistics is an advantage....
- At least 5 years of experience in the Logistics industry at least 3 years in a Manager position Department/Manager at companies/groups of the same scale or larger
- Understand the field the company is operating in
- Have management & team development capabilities
- Come up with business ideas that bring profits for yourself and the company
- Knowledge base in freight forwarding & logistics
- Negotiation and working skills with domestic and foreign partners
- Time management and work organization skills.
- Connect with departments to provide complete service to customers
- Provide consulting services/solutions for project products
