Requirements
Qualifications:
24 Years of experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of testing concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.
Experience with functional and nonfunctional testing.
Proficient in test case creation and execution.
Knowledge of the bugs and defect lifecycle.
Good in SQL/DB knowledge for effective data validation.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Domain knowledge relevant to our industry (optional but preferred)

B.Tech/B.E Any graduation
Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
Develop and maintain detailed test cases test plans and testing documentation.
Conduct functional and nonfunctional testing to validate system performance usability and reliability.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure quality is integrated from the beginning.
Identify report and track bugs and defects through the entire lifecycle ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Utilize SQL and database knowledge to perform backend testing and data validation.
Exhibit strong attention to detail to identify issues and improve overall product quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manual testing.
