Job Description
Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Hybrid
Shift Timings: 11 AM 8 PM
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Python Selenium Pytest and BDD Frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UI and API testing automation framework design and Agile methodologies.

Lead UI and API Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver (v3)/Playwright and Requests with Python.

Understand holistic business requirements analyze specifications and develop detailed test cases and test data for both automation and manual testing.

Build and enhance automation frameworks using BDD (Gherkin/Behave) and Pytest.

Design develop and maintain automation scripts for functional regression and integration testing.

Execute and maintain test scripts in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Write and execute DB queries (preferably in Postgres Snowflake MySQL or RDS).

Work with Git and Jenkins for version control and CI/CD pipeline execution.

Ensure collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver quality software.

Mentor and manage a team of 34 members providing technical guidance.

7 years of experience in test planning test case design and execution (both automation and manual).

4 years of handson experience in UI and API Automation Testing.

Strong programming skills in Python (MUST) with experience in Selenium and Pytest.

Experience in BDD framework (Gherkin/Behave) for test automation.

Knowledge of AWS/Cloudbased applications is an advantage.

Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).

Excellent problemsolving analytical and collaboration skills.

Healthcare/Life Sciences domain experience is a plus.

This is a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office is mandatory).

The interview process includes two technical rounds.
