Job Description
- QA Expertise:
- Manual and automated testing (functional regression integration performance security)
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Proficiency in writing detailed test plans test cases and test scripts
- Proficiency in automation tools (any)
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) with tools like Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Azure DevOps
Cloud and DevOps Knowledge:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible)
- Test Management Tools:
- Proficiency with tools like Jira TestRail HP ALM or similar
- Database Knowledge:
- SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB) for data validation
2. Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Ability to identify root causes of defects and propose solutions
Datadriven approach to quality improvement
Risk analysis and mitigation planning
3. Leadership and Mentorship
- Experience leading and mentoring QA teams / Component Dev team
- Defining quality standards and best practices across the organization
- Collaborating with development product and business teams to align quality goals
- Agile and Scrum methodologies acting as a QA champion in crossfunctional teams
- Driving process improvements and automation adoption
4. Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Stakeholder management and reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
