Job Description
My client a leading organization in the FMCG sector is seeking a CO2 Plant Engineer to oversee their CO2 plants and ensure efficient operations in line with standard operating procedures to meet production targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant maintenance is conducted as per schedule and in adherence to global best practices.
Requirements
- Ensure plant maintenance as per schedule and global best practices.
- Ensure costeffective troubleshooting process to keep the plants running at maximum capacity at all times.
- Ensure Food Safety System through effective HACCP GHK and GMP programs implementation in the plant.
- Closely check and monitor the parameters of Food Grade Co2 for customer satisfaction in COA.
- Ensure the product quality purity test are carried out as per standard operating procedures.
- Oversee periodic checks on all machines in the plants.
- Ensure safety guidelines are strictly adhered to in the plants.
- Skills
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with 5 years at a managerial level in FMCG industry and CO2 Producing plant
- Professional certifications such as COREN etc. are added advantage.
- First Degree or equivalents in Engineering.
- Candidates from any African country may be considered.
