Family Assistant/House Manager Role
Location: Brooklyn Heights NY
We are looking for someone who is equally strategic and detailoriented with a passion for organization efficiency and creative problemsolving. Success in this role requires flexibility quick thinking and the ability to pivot easily between tasks whether managing schedules coordinating travel overseeing events or handling household operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Manage personal and professional calendars with precision.
Schedule appointments reservations events and travel.
Work closely with principals business EAs to ensure seamless scheduling coordination.
Property & Household Management
Oversee the daytoday operations of the household.
Develop and implement systems to streamline household processes.
Maintain records for properties vehicles and other assets.
Coordinate maintenance schedules repairs and renovations with contractors and designers.
Manage both small and largescale home improvement projects.
Lifestyle & Entertainment Management
Stay informed/be savvy about the latest restaurants hotels and cultural experiences.
Build and leverage relationships with key contacts to secure exclusive reservations and experiences.
Plan and execute events including birthday parties dinners and holiday celebrations.
Household Staff & Vendor Oversight
Supervise household staff including housekeepers chef and nannies.
Manage vendors and contractors (e.g. landscapers pest control and cleaners).
Ensure homes are guestready for arrivals and departures.
Errands & Personal Tasks
Handle shopping gifting dry cleaning and returns.
Manage houseplants and prepare weekly floral arrangements.
Oversee pet care including grooming vaccinations and boarding.
Ensure vehicles are clean fueled and wellmaintained.
Travel Coordination
Plan and book private and commercial travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and itineraries.
Arrange greeters chefs and activities for seamless travel experiences.
Domestic and International Travel REQUIRED for this role (Valid Passport)
Financial Oversight
Work with the family office to process invoices manage expenses and ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with accountants on taxes and investmentrelated tasks.

Competitive Salary: $150K$190K DOE

Typical Schedule: MondayThursday 10am4:30 PM; Friday for City errands admin and miscellaneous. Afterhours are generally limited to weekdays before 8pm unless urgent
