At AECOM we are currently recruiting for an Associate:Commercial Real Estate Project Manager to join us at our Dublin office.
Heres what youll do:
Your daytoday will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;
Have at least 8 years experience of clientside project management or similar roles and have an interest in Commercial Real Estate.
Capabilities
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering initiatives and internal projects on time and within budget along with a deep understanding of how projects are delivered.
- Ability to monitor the development and implementation of design guidelines to improve process management and expedite design timeframes during projects.
- Expertise in process optimization and creating clear efficient road maps.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team
Competencies
- Project management: Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute longterm plans to achieve project and team goals.
- Process improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Collaboration: Skilled at fostering collaboration among crossfunctional teams and stakeholders even if it requires significant time.
- Change management: Ability to drive and manage change within the team and organization.
- Flexible open to working hours that are flexible and can change based on Global Needs.
- Sector experience/workload Commercial real estate

Heres what were looking for:
As the successful candidate you will have experience working within commercial real estate markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
- Post Graduate Qualification ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
- In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
- APM affiliation is a benefit
