Job Description
We are seeking experienced Assistant Manager with a robust background in beverage service for our prominent venue in Temple Bar. The ideal candidates will have held a similar position for at least three years demonstrating stability and effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership skills to direct junior and floor staff in a busy environment. The focus is on fitting in quickly and maintaining traditional bar service with no need for specialised cocktail skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Service:
- Provide highquality beverage service with a strong knowledge of traditional drinks.
- Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction in a fastpaced setting.
- Team Leadership:
- Direct and mentor junior bar staff and floor staff.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment amidst a high volume of customers.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure smooth bar operations and timely service in a busy bar environment.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff to uphold high service standards.
- Adaptability:
- Integrate quickly into the existing team and operation in a dynamic hightraffic venue.
- Maintain consistency with current practices and standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum of three years in a similar Team Lead or Assistant Manager position in a busy Traditional Irish Pub.
- Proven ability to hold a position for more than two years.
- Previous experience in the Irish bar industry is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional beverages.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Effective communication skills.
