Job Description
At Syngenta we believe every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. To support that challenge We are currently seeking a GHX Sales Lead in South Dakota.
Territory: Sanbon County Miner County Lake County Aurora County Davison County Hanson County McCook County Minnehaha County Moody County Brookings County and Kingsbury County South Dakota
What will you be doing
- Achieve sales profit and market share targets within territory
- Build and foster a team culture that values recognize and generates a business oriented customer focused approach
- Develop and maintain network of potential Certified Advisors and GHX Specialists
- Measure Sales Team performance and evaluate competencies for each employee
- Create business plans and establish a consistent cadence throughout the year with GHX
- Manage operational budget variable selling expenses and marketing funds within district guidelines for GHX Specialist and assigned territory
Qualifications :
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a degree in a nonAgriculture discipline with a significant farming industry background or commensurate experience
- 5 years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team agricultural sales experience preferred
- A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and leadership skills
- Demonstrating proficiency in collaboratively creating marketing strategies and executing them to a high standard.
- Candidate must live in the territory
