Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

1. Innovation and Change Management
   • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization
   • Identify opportunities for technological improvements
   • Develop and present actionable plans for implementing innovative solutions
2. Strategic Technology Consulting
   • Provide expert advice on leveraging technology to enhance business processes
   • Conduct regular assessments of current technological landscape and recommend improvements
   • Stay updated with the latest technological trends and their potential applications
3. Solution Architecture and Project Management
   • Analyze business requirements and design appropriate technology solutions that will evolve into scalable digital products.
   • Oversee the implementation of IT&D solutions from conception to completion
   • Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
   • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
4. IT&D Product Portfolio Delivery
   • Lead and support the delivery of Regional/Global IT&D Portfolio initiatives
   • Contribute to the development of IT strategies and product roadmaps
   • Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities

It is indispensable for this position:

• University degree in IT Engineering Computer Science. MBA or other relevant educational experience.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in IT&D project management and solution architecture
• Proven track record of successfully implementing largescale IT&D initiatives
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies
• SFDC (or any similar world class CRM) knowledge.
• SAP SD Process experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrumetc.)
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
