Description of Duties:
- Help Trainer prepare daily activities for new hires
- Help train new hires on the production floor training line and throughout the facility
- Act as backup for New Hire Orientation (NEO) facilitator
- Responsible for security cleanliness and 6S organization of training area(s) and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Lead new employees to ensure skills development and safety objectives are achieved
- Motivate new employees to perform their best and familiarize them with MasterBrand practices organizational culture processes and policies
- Effectively partner with plant leadership and other HR staff to anticipate and respond to training and staffing needs
- Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities
- Participates in physical inventory
- Occasionally work overtime and weekends
- Other duties as assigned
