Job Description

Acumatica is seeking a Sales Development Representative for generating new sales opportunities for the company through prospecting research and outreach efforts including but not limited to phone email and social channels. They will execute sales sequences in HubSpot that will open the door to new potential customers including reengaging with past opportunities and net new accounts. After qualifying a new opportunity the SDR will introduce and pass off the opportunity to the Sales Development Management team and in doing so advance the sales process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build out lists of qualified accounts and prospects that fit Acumaticas ICP
  • Execute strategic sales sequences in HubSpot and schedule meetings with new sales opportunities.
  • Track and report on your activity and pipeline in CRM.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelors degree (Any Major Business Sales Marketing Communications Psychology preferred)
  • Experience prospecting list building cold calling executing email campaigns appointment setting demand generation.
  • Experience using CRM (HubSpot) Microsoft (Outlook Excel) LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo
  • Knowledge in using technology such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Experience using tools such HubSpot CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written to VP and Clevel executives
  • Proven and creative problemsolving skills
  • Looking for positive attitude competitiveness coachability resourceful professionalism tone and engagement
  • Work is performed in a hybrid model out of our Bellevue Washington office and working from home

For this role compensation is comprised of a base salary of $65000 plus quarterly bonuses based on performance totaling an OTE of $87000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including skills qualifications experience and other relevant elements.

At Acumatica certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual bonus and stock for fulltime employees. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization depending on the terms of the plan and the employees role.
