- MGF US Inc. is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team in a senior role reporting directly to our Vice President.
- This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently with your own P&L lead inside sales initiatives and drive customer success through expert quoting management.
- Lead Inside Sales Efforts: Utilize your experience in freight forwarding to manage and grow key customer accounts.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Focus on developing strong longterm relationships with our valued clients understanding their needs and providing solutions from a vast network within our sister company.
- Oversee Quoting Management: Accurately create manage and optimize quotes to drive business success and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our teams to craft tailored logistics solutions and maintain our reputation for reliability and excellence.
- Travel as Needed: Embrace some travel opportunities to meet with clients and reinforce partnerships.
Qualifications :
- Freight Forwarding Expertise: Proven experience in freight forwarding with a strong understanding of quoting and customerfocused sales.
- Inside Sales Drive: Passionate about sales service and creating impactful customer relationships.
- P&L Responsibility: Ability to manage your own P&L with a focus on profitability and growth.
- Communication & Solutions Mindset: Skilled at working with diverse teams to develop comprehensive logistics solutions.
