Role Overview
Candid Connection Solutions is looking for an EntryLevel Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist based in the Philippines (Remote) to support our U.S. hiring and onboarding operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start a career in recruitment and HR develop handson experience and work with an international team.
In this role you will assist in sourcing candidates screening resumes coordinating interviews managing the hiring process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You will play a key role in making sure candidates have a seamless transition from recruitment to their first days on the job.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening Identify potential candidates for various U.S.based roles using LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing platforms.
Resume Review & PreScreening Calls Assess candidate qualifications and conduct initial screening to ensure the best fit for open positions.
Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in our database.
Market Research & Talent Mapping Assist recruiters in gathering industry insights salary benchmarks and talent trends.
Candidate Engagement Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
Learning & Development Stay updated with best practices in U.S. recruitment hiring trends and new sourcing techniques.
Onboarding Responsibilities
Offer Management Assist in preparing and sending offer letters negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
PreEmployment Coordination Help new hires complete necessary paperwork background checks and compliance requirements.
Onboarding Support Guide new employees through their first days providing them with information about company policies expectations and resources.
New Hire Engagement Act as a point of contact for new hires answering their questions and ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.
Process Improvement Continuously look for ways to enhance the onboarding experience and improve efficiency.
What We are Looking For
02 years of experience in recruitment HR or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess resumes and candidate profiles.
Techsavvy and familiar with LinkedIn job boards and recruitment tools (or eager to learn).
Highly organized able to multitask and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Selfmotivated and eager to grow in the field of recruitment and onboarding.
Passionate about helping candidates have a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
