Job Description

The Head of Workshop is crucial in steering the workshop team towards delivering topnotch technical maintenance overseeing significant operational projects ensuring equipment reliability maintaining service quality managing thirdparty warranties and keeping track of loan stock. This role is enhanced by collaboration with service and support managers instituting a feedback loop from customers and contributing directly to operational efficiency SLA compliance customer success and retention.

Requirements

Operational Excellence and SLA Adherence: Guarantees the highest service delivery standards focusing on quality maintenance and strict adherence to SLA time frames.

Customer Retention Efforts: Strategizing to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty aligning with the customer care teams retention objectives.

Management of ThirdParty Warranties: Ensures efficient handling and processing of thirdparty warranties enhancing service offerings and customer trust.

Maintenance of Loan Stock: Oversees the inventory management of loan stock ensuring availability and readiness for customer needs.

Feedback Management: Oversees a structured process for actionable customer feedback to refine service quality and operational efficiency.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engages with other leaders for integrated operational management and strategic execution.
